About The Position
The Pizza Maker/Shift Leader role offers opportunities to work as a pizza maker or shift lead and potentially advance to running a store. Listed pay rates are: $10 per hour for part-time customer service representatives/pizza makers; $13 per hour for full-time pizza makers; $14 per hour for full-time shift leads in Level 1 training; $15 per hour plus bonus for Level 1 shift leads certified after 6–8 weeks; $16 per hour plus bonus for Level 1 shift leads certified for 3 months; $17 per hour plus bonus for Level 1 shift leads certified for 1 year; and $18 per hour plus bonus for Level 2 shift leads certified after 6–12 months.
