Pizza Maker/Shift Leader - 312 Goucher St.
About The Position
This role combines pizza-making and shift-lead opportunities at the 312 Goucher St. location. Employees may work as pizza makers or pursue advancement into shift leadership and store management. Full-time positions are defined as 30 or more hours per week. The posting describes a path from pizza maker to certified Shift Lead Level 1 or Level 2, and potentially to General Manager or store ownership. Pay rates listed are $10 per hour for part-time CSR/Pizza Makers; $13 per hour for full-time Pizza Makers; $14 per hour for full-time Shift Lead Level 1 trainees; $15 per hour plus bonus for Level 1 certification (typically after 6–8 weeks); $16 per hour plus bonus after three months certified at Level 1; $17 per hour plus bonus after one year certified at Level 1; and $18 per hour plus bonus for certified Shift Lead Level 2 (typically after 6–12 months). Part-time Shift Leads earn $1 per hour less. General Managers start at $50,000 per year plus bonus. All full-time positions are eligible for health insurance and paid time off.
