About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Store Customer Service Representative/Pizza Maker. This entry-level role works inside the kitchen, preparing pizzas and serving customers by phone and at the counter. The company provides training in its pizza-making techniques and emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized facility. Full-time or part-time schedules are available, including working only a day or two per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Take counter orders and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team.
