About The Position
JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. Team members work in the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, make pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and clean equipment and the facility. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and creating a welcoming, enjoyable experience for customers. It is described as a suitable entry-level or second job for people looking to develop team and customer-service skills. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including the option to work only a day or two a week.
Requirements
- Be fun and friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
- Clean equipment and the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
- Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
