About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. The role involves working in the kitchen, taking phone and counter orders, making pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Team members are expected to provide outstanding customer service while working together in a fast-paced environment. This can be an entry-level or second job for people looking to build customer-service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide great customer service.
