About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Pizza Maker. The role is an entry-level opportunity to develop customer service and teamwork skills while helping provide a fun, welcoming customer experience. Team members work in the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, and prepare pizzas using Domino’s techniques and product guidelines.

The position also involves greeting customers, answering phones, operating the cash register, collecting payments, and keeping equipment and the facility clean and organized. Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s grooming standards.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
• Prepare consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Take phone and counter orders.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
