About The Position

Pies & Pints is hiring team members for line positions in a fun, challenging, team-based restaurant environment. The role involves preparing fresh ingredients, setting up and stocking kitchen workstations, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and working across multiple kitchen areas. Candidates should be personable, perceptive, detail-oriented communicators with a team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help throughout the restaurant. Starting pay is $14.00–$16.00 per hour. Applicants may apply in person Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Responsibilities

Ensure the team and assigned station are in a safe and clean working environment.
Keep the kitchen sanitized and orderly.
Communicate clearly.
Maintain a team attitude and help anyone in the restaurant as needed.
Prepare fresh ingredients at the beginning of every shift, including chopping vegetables and fruit and cutting meat.
Ensure food and other items are stored properly.
Stock and restock at the beginning and end of every shift.
Set up workstations with needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
Become familiar with all kitchen areas: Stretch, Topping, Expo, Appetizer/Salad station, Dish room, and Prep Station.
