Requirements

Requires working knowledge of a variety of kitchen equipment
Must be able to adapt to changes in new menu items and cooking techniques
Must have the ability to complete multiple tasks/heavy volume under time constraints
Must have experience with making and working with pizza dough
Ability to obtain Food Handling and Sanitation Certification within four weeks of hire
Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required

Responsibilities

Follow instructions and/or recipes provided by supervisor
Observe cleanliness of kitchen floor at all times, mopping and sweeping
Observe safety procedures at all times
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Prepare all salads, appetizers and grilled items to order
Work closely with the front of the house staff and management to ensure delivery of consistent menu items
Take ownership from production to the final delivery of the end product
Continually exceed expectations of guests
Responsible for setting up station and stocking up station for shift
