As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Pizza Cook to assist in the daily operations of our restaurant.

Nice To Haves

• Prior pizza experience
• Experience with KDS (kitchen display system)
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Making pizzas, salads and starters.
• Inventory rotation, including food, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensuring the kitchen is adequately stocked and waste is minimized.
• Preparing and presenting dishes following all recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensuring all prep lists are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintaining an organized and clean environment.
• Following all cleaning procedures, schedules, and checklists.
• Maintaining kitchen equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and reporting any deficiencies promptly.
• Following appropriate food handling procedures and standards.
• Greeting guests with enthusiasm and providing exceptional hospitality.
• Going above and beyond to resolve guest issues.
• Collaborating with coworkers to provide a best-in-class experience for our guests.
• Helping to achieve the goal of being every guest’s “Favorite Neighborhood Pizza Shop”.
