Requirements

• A genuine passion for food and a desire to keep getting better
• The ability to stay organized and focused when the tickets are coming in hot
• A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
• 1+ years of pizza cook or scratch-kitchen experience preferred
• Working knowledge of dough handling, oven operation, and kitchen safety/sanitation standards
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Prior pizza-making or scratch-kitchen experience is a plus
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn will take you far

Responsibilities

• Hand-stretch and shape dough to order
• Prep dough, sauce, and toppings every shift
• Build and bake pizzas with precision and consistency
• Manage oven timing and temperature
• Keep station clean, stocked, and moving
• Work alongside a team that has each other’s backs during the rush
