Maxime’s is NYC’s newest private member’s club from entrepreneur Robin Birley; owner of prestigious private member’s clubs 5 Hertford Street and Oswald’s in London. Maxime’s mission is to provide exceptional and discreet service for our members through unparalleled hospitality. Our aim is to make members feel as though they are in a private home, enjoying outstanding food and wine surrounded by stunning decor. Opened in March 2025 in the historic former Westbury Hotel on Madison Avenue, Maxime’s is a private members club home to four distinct kitchens, each offering a unique culinary experience. We are looking for a Pizza Cook to join our team and work directly with our Pizza Chef to develop and execute Roman style pizza. Our kitchen operates an electric oven, and our dough is high Hydration, Direct fermentation dough. The candidate should be confident with pizza making and able to assist in other sections of the kitchen when necessary. The candidate will be working with the best produce that has been thoughtfully sourced. You’ll be working as part of an established culinary team delivering exceptional experiences daily.
