Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent customer service to all customers
- Knowledge on Pizza Department products and how to re-stock items; when necessary
- Ability to operate Adams’ point of sale systems
- Willingness to work collaboratively and communicate with a team of co-workers and managers
- Exhibit enthusiasm, positivity and/or knowledge about Adams’ products and quality
- Ability to demonstrate and set the example for Adams’ culture and values

Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, polite, and knowledgeable service by greeting customers, taking orders in person and by phone, and thanking them for shopping at Adams.
- Rotate, restock, and monitor products for freshness, accurate labeling, and presentation, alerting the manager when items are low.
- Assist with pizza preparation, including making dough, sauces, and toppings, operating ovens, and learning various pizza styles.
- Receive and put away deliveries, verifying weights and matching inventory to invoices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all department areas, cases, counters, coolers, and equipment, following food safety guidelines.
- Support training of associates in POS use, counter duties, and completion of opening and closing checklists.
- Communicate department needs to the manager to ensure smooth operations.
