For the Salad Bar Associate, this means offering friendly and attentive service, keeping the salad bar fresh, clean, and well-stocked, and ensuring all products are prepared, labeled, and presented according to Adams’ quality standards.

Requirements

• Knowledge and willingness to learn how to run the salad bar and help customers in anyway possible
• Ability to demonstrate and set the example for Adams’ culture and values
• Commitment to a safe and clean workspace
• Friendly and welcoming environment for all customer at the salad bar
• Willingness to work collaboratively and communicate with a team of co-workers and managers
• Exhibit enthusiasm, positivity and/or knowledge about Adams’ products and quality
• One weekend day per workweek required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the salad bar stocked with fresh, well-presented ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and surfaces
• Assist customers politely and answer questions about salad bar items
• Monitor inventory and notify the Kitchen Manager when supplies run low
• Follow all health, safety, and company guidelines
• Support the kitchen team and perform additional tasks as needed
