Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate work in a production environment
  • Strong commitment to safety practices and continuous improvement
  • Capability to operate and understand heavy equipment used in pit operations
  • Effective communication skills to support teamwork and operational clarity
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily pit operations to ensure safe, efficient material production
  • Coordinate workflow, equipment usage, and task assignments for pit personnel
  • Monitor product quality and adjust processes to maintain operational standards
  • Support equipment troubleshooting and communicate maintenance needs
  • Promote a strong safety culture through consistent guidance and oversight
