Dickey's Barbecue Pit and Soda Crush in St. George, UT is looking for an energetic and hardworking Pit Crew member to join our team! Requirements
- No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate!
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve Dickey's signature barbecue menu items and specialty drinks with speed and accuracy
- Operate the counter, cash register, and point-of-sale system to process customer orders
- Craft and assemble Soda Crush beverages to order specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment including dining area, prep stations, and kitchen
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift
- Deliver friendly, top-notch customer service to every guest
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
