Requirements

Strong knowledge and solid proficiency with utilizing AutoCAD for 2D engineering drafting.
MS Office (Excel and Word) proficiency required.
Organizational skills required.
Safety oriented person with clean safety record.
Technical college graduation with up to 5 years plus of experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Nice To Haves

Refinery Site experience and previous as-building experience is an asset .
Working knowledge of 3-D Software is an asset.

Responsibilities

As-built client documentation (P&IDs, Plot Plans, LDT’S).
Communicating with the client TDC (Technical Document Control).
Checking client system for locked out / latest drawing revision.
Ability to produce all design drawings from reference information including rough sketches, notes, vendor drawings, or general direction from others.
Complete piping drafting following client and company standards.
Provide Project Support Services as required.
Collaborate with other members of the project team to ensure all project requirements are met.
Provide a Drafting service for other Departments as required.
Keep Piping Lead informed of project status and challenges.
Performs other duties as assigned.
