About The Position

Take your next step with Saulsbury Industries! This is a Full Time - In Office position located in Odessa, Abilene, or Houston TX. The Piping Design Coordinator will assist and support the Lead Designer for piping, civil, and mechanical drafting requirements, including plot plans, piping plans, isometrics, equipment, and P&ID's. The role involves 3-D CAD Model design and requires fluency with CADWorx, Plant, Equipment, and P&ID. Collaboration within a team environment and verification of accuracy and completeness of deliverables are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• 10-12 years industrial mechanical piping design experience
• Experience providing engineering support for processing plants, compressor stations, and oil and gas projects
• Recent pipe design experience
• Working knowledge of CADWorx and/or Autodesk 3D
• Working knowledge of ASME / API Codes

Responsibilities

• Assist/support Lead Designer for piping, civil and mechanical drafting requirements
• Assist in Piping Plan / Isometric generation
• Including but not limited to: Plot plans, piping plans, Isometrics, equipment, and P&ID’s
• 3-D CAD Model design
• Fluent with CADWorx, Plant, Equipment and P&ID
• Work collaboratively with others in a team environment to accomplish objectives
• Verify accuracy and completeness of all deliverable products and services in assigned areas of responsibilities
