About The Position

This is an entry-level position to learn the process of assembly and installation of pipes in units by performing the following duties in reasonable and productive frames. The role involves cutting, threading, and bending pipe with a Hydraulic Pipe Bender, and assembling and installing a variety of metal and nonmetal pipes, tubes, and fittings, including iron, steel, copper, and plastic. Employees will also train and work in multiple types of manufacturing positions such as assembly, paint, wire, and weld. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to use acetylene and oxygen torch set.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
• Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/8th inch.
• Must be able to use hand tools.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred prior brazing experience

Responsibilities
