About The Position
Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a skilled Brazer II to join our manufacturing team in Wichita. This role is responsible for performing brazing operations on assembly line and sub-assembly components with precision and efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in brazing or related manufacturing operations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform brazing operations using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure quality standards are met for all brazed components.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine checks to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Complete required documentation and production records.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
