Pipeline Project Manager
About The Position
Air Liquide Large Industries provides industrial gas and energy solutions vital to customer production. The company owns and operates over 2,000 miles of industrial gas pipelines in the U.S., supplying oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and syngas to major customers in the chemicals, petrochemicals, refining, and steel industries. Pipeline operations and production facilities are monitored 24/7 from a control center in Houston, Texas. The company is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. This role is responsible for all engineering activities in Project Engineering for specific projects in accordance with contractual requirements, leading a team of Project Engineers and coordinating with other departments and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- 5-10 yrs of experience in pipeline project management.

Responsibilities
- Designs and installs onshore pipeline systems including measurement, regulation equipment, and cathodic protection.
- Responsible for project scoping, developing project cost estimates and schedules.
- Manages the execution of design, survey, drafting, inspection and construction management.
- Responsible for developing a feasible pipeline route through design and construction phase including customer interface, agency, and permit approvals.
- Responsible for cost and schedule monitoring.
- Responsible for customer progress reporting.
