We are seeking a Pipeline Integrity Engineer Early Career to join our organization and play a significant role in keeping our energy infrastructure safe and our communities protected! In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, evaluating, and communicating risks related to asset integrity, operational reliability, and health, safety, and environment across Enbridge Gas assets. You will support risk-informed decision-making by conducting fit-for-purpose risk assessments and translating technical insights into actionable recommendations for diverse collaborators. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university or Bachelors degree in Engineering from a non accredited college or university with one or more of the following: Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam; Engineer in Training (EIT) certification; and/or Professional Engineer (PE) License. International engineering degrees must be recognized as equivalent to a U.S bachelors degree in engineering
• 2–4 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Highly numerate, logical, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and compile technical reports.
• A valid driver's license, ability to travel within the state, and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be verified before hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments to support risk-informed decision-making. Use fit-for-purpose methods to identify and evaluate operational risks. These include health and safety, operations, environment, reputation, and financial aspects.
• Support collaborator requests, including problem definition, data collection, application of assessment techniques, and clear communication of results.
• Collaborate with senior team members on continuous improvements of assessment tools and develop new techniques through researching relevant literature, performing feasibility studies, and building business cases for improvement ideas.
• Communicate technical results effectively to department leadership and team members through presentations and written reports.
• Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and work instructions, and contribute to value assessments for major investments through risk and benefit analysis.
