The Pipeline Engineer will provide Independent Engineering (IE) advisory services, focusing on risk management solutions for clients like the DOE. This involves converting engineering, construction, compliance, operational, commercial, and risk findings into lender-ready due diligence, monitoring, certification, and decision-support outputs. The role specifically supports the evaluation of pipeline design, routing, hydraulic performance, materials selection, integrity management programs, operational readiness, and regulatory compliance to support technical due diligence, credit and financing assessments, construction monitoring, and operational performance evaluations.
