About The Position

RQ is hiring Pipefitters now for ongoing construction work at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, GA, and the surrounding area. This is steady, long-term project work. Join RQ's Mechanical team on an active military construction site. You'll assemble, install, and plan piping systems, applying journeyman-level pipefitting skills to code on a high-profile DoD project.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 4+ years of journeyman-level pipefitting experience (commercial, facilities, government, or military construction)
• Mechanical pipe installation experience

Nice To Haves

• Deep underground pipefitting experience
• Copper and carbon steel experience
• Start-up/energizing experience (boilers, chillers)
• Valid Pipefitter license or journeyman card
• OSHA-10, CPR, and First Aid certifications
