Requirements

2-3 yrs of marine, industrial or petro-chemical pipefitting experience
Completed high school or equivalent pipefitting technical program with NCCER certification.

Nice To Haves

High school graduate or equivalent, Tech Master Certification

Responsibilities

Fitting pipe consisting of various materials such as steel, galvanized, copper, copper-nickel and stainless along with the appropriate valves and fittings, utilizing various tools and equipment in accordance with drawing, arrangements and blue prints.
Working at different heights, confined spaces, different weather conditions as well as multiple shifts 24 hours a day.
Working either day or night dependent upon the number of ships under construction at any one point in time.
Working safely in all situations with safety procedures meeting, and most times, exceeding industry standards.
