About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an Outside Warehouse Pipe Yard Associate to join its warehouse team in Charleston, South Carolina. This is an onsite role scheduled Monday through Friday, with working hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. The starting rate is $20 per hour and may increase based on experience. The posted pay range is $15.00 to $21.68 per hour, and the role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan. The associate operates material-handling equipment and performs warehouse tasks including preparing orders, receiving and stocking materials, and using the Warehouse Management System. The position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and temperatures, and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds by hand or 50 pounds or more with equipment. Pre-employment drug and background screening is required.

Requirements

Warehouse operations background, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory, is preferred.
Product knowledge or the ability to learn product information quickly.
General computer skills for basic data entry.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and temperatures.
Ability to carry objects up to 50 pounds by hand and objects weighing 50 pounds or more using equipment.
Attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Nice To Haves

Forklift operator experience is strongly preferred.
