Pipe Welder Fabricator
About The Position
Execute defined manufacturing processes to produce conforming parts while meeting safety, quality, and production expectations. This role involves executing assigned manufacturing processes per standard work, following documented work instructions and inspection plans, and verifying part conformance at the point of use. The position requires maintaining safe work conditions and proper PPE usage, as well as recording production, scrap, and downtime data in required systems. Concerns regarding safety, quality, or processes must be escalated immediately. A clean and organized work area is essential.
Requirements
- Qualified in one Welder / Fabricator role (Level 1).
- Qualified in two Welder / Fabricator roles, with at least Level 2 in both (Level 2).
- Qualified in three or more Welder Fabricator roles, with at least Level 3 in three or more roles (Level 3).
- All Level 3 Requirements (Lead role).

- Supervisor, Lead, and Trainer feedback is used to validate safe operation, quality output, skill application, and readiness for progression during normal production conditions.
