Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) is a key manufacturing facility of Roeslein & Associates, specializing in the fabrication and integration of turnkey modular systems for industries including beverage can manufacturing, renewable energy, oil and gas, and industrial processing. Requirements

Ability to read blue prints, ISO’s and other technical documents is required.
Strong math, analytical and problem solving skills are required.
High level of energy and motivation.
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to work flexible hours including, but not limited to, frequent and mandatory overtime, and weekends are required.
Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.
Must comply with Roeslein’s core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships among and with employees.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or G.E.D. is strongly preferred.
Two (2) to (5) years of pipe fitting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Utilizing pipe fitting techniques and methods for various types of piping systems in accordance with isometric drawings.
Develop complete understanding of isometric and plan drawings, specifications, and lay-outs.
Coordinate with Pipe Shop Team Leader to determine project schedule and specifications.
Responsible for preparing pipe by leveling, grinding, laying out, positioning, aligning, securing parts, and assembling pipe in accordance with drawing and job specifications.
Clamp, hold, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding.
Lead assigned job within schedule and specifications, while regularly fitting for two welders.
Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits including, but not limited to: working at heights, confined space, overhead cranes, etc.
Examine work pieces for defects, compliance with job specification and measure work pieces to ensure conformance with using Pipe Fitter’s Checklist.
Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade.
Regular attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.
