About The Position

Olé is seeking a reliable, customer-focused PIO Route Sales Driver to support Direct Store Delivery operations in the Amarillo area. The driver manages an independent route schedule, transports Olé products, and represents the company in local grocery stores. The role includes delivering products and merchandising materials, maintaining attractive store displays, processing invoices and credits with handheld devices and printers, and keeping the company vehicle safe and well-maintained.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Direct Store Delivery systems in chain or independent grocery environments.
Prior experience using handheld devices and mobile printers to process invoices and inventory records.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and commitment to road safety regulations.
Ability to load and unload delivery vehicles and stock store displays.
Must be at least 23 years old.
Excellent communication skills; punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities

Safely load, transport, and unload Olé products and merchandising materials at major grocery chains and independent stores according to the route schedule.
Set up cardboard displays and organize inventory to improve product visibility and presentation.
Use handheld devices and printers to generate store invoices, manage product credits, and record travel hours.
Optimize daily travel routes to avoid construction or traffic and arrive at stores on time.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep the company vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Communicate proactively with management about vehicle needs, route status, and in-store feedback.
