About The Position
As a Bowling Pin Chaser at FatCats, you will keep bowling machines in top working order, resolve minor mechanical issues, and perform maintenance to help provide guests with a seamless experience. The role involves hands-on work with equipment, troubleshooting, repairs, and occasional guest interaction. You will begin with a team check-in and prepare your tools for repairs. During the day, you will monitor bowling machines for malfunctions and troubleshoot or repair issues to keep games running smoothly. You will perform regular equipment maintenance and, when needed, assist the Facility Manager with projects to maintain the bowling lanes and facilities. The schedule requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; the company will try to accommodate your schedule.
