Requirements
- Individual contributors, working under the guidance of experienced engineers, growing in technical knowledge and in the ability to influence others without formal authority.
Responsibilities
- Apply process engineering skills to provide technical support for polymers pilot plants.
- Develop new products and process improvements.
- Address day-to-day operating issues and implement longer-term improvements.
- Execute process monitoring and analysis to improve pilot plant operation and push new research frontiers.
- Participate in risk management activities.
- Support project design and development.
- Acquire a strong working knowledge of technology fundamentals for their assigned areas.
