About The Position

The Pilot / Co-Captain – C680-A Citation Latitude is a full-time, on-site role based in New Hampshire, United States. This position is responsible for safely operating the C680-A Citation Latitude aircraft, including pre-flight planning, conducting inspections, coordinating with air traffic control, and ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies. The role includes managing flight operations such as navigation, fuel planning, and performance calculations, as well as monitoring weather and operational conditions to make sound, safety-focused decisions. The Pilot / Co-Captain will work closely with other flight crew members and company stakeholders to support executive and corporate travel needs, maintain detailed flight records, and oversee aircraft care in coordination with maintenance providers. The position requires flexibility for varying flight schedules, including occasional extended days, weekends, and short-notice trips.

Requirements

  • Appropriate FAA certifications and ratings for jet operations, including an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Commercial Pilot certificate with multi-engine rating
  • Meet all requirements to serve as Pilot or Co-Captain on a C680-A Citation Latitude
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate or business aviation
  • Strong record of safe flight operations
  • Professional cockpit conduct
  • Effective coordination with flight crews and ground personnel
  • Solid knowledge of FAA regulations, airspace rules, flight planning procedures, and aviation safety best practices, including risk assessment and decision-making under changing conditions
  • Experience with modern avionics systems, navigation equipment, and flight management systems typically used in midsize jets
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply aircraft-specific systems and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with passengers, crew members, and company leadership, maintaining a high level of service and confidentiality
  • Ability to manage variable schedules, prioritize tasks, and remain calm and organized in time-sensitive and dynamic operating environments
  • 3,500 Total Time
