About The Position

Inpria Corporation, a JSR company, has an opening for a Pilot Chemical Production Operator based in Beaverton, OR. You will join our diverse team of talent and contribute to our Pilot Manufacturing Operations team by supporting and maintaining our EUV photoresist production line processes. Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years relevant work experience, or Associates Degree in chemistry, engineering, or related field
  • Demonstration of active and effective communication skills, verbal and written
  • Well organized, flexible, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
  • Self-driven and proactive in achieving goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must be detail oriented and safety minded
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with high-purity chemical handling is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform standard and non-standard formulation production runs
  • Perform chemical sampling procedures as needed
  • Perform hands-on analytical measurements of in-process samples and other wet-bench chemistry, including use of laboratory fume hoods and inert gloveboxes
  • Perform liquid particle counting procedures for both inline and batch measurements
  • Perform and complete data summary and submission functions related to job responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning processes of various chemical manufacturing equipment under direction of technicians and engineering
  • Replace empty gas cylinders with full cylinders and coordinate ordering as needed
  • Manage chemical waste following defined procedures and policies
  • Perform general housekeeping in production areas and adjacent chemical labs
  • Assist engineers and technicians on a variety of tasks and projects
  • Adhere to change management policies by following documented procedures
  • Support EHS functions and initiatives as necessary
  • Escalate discrepant material or production issues and contribute to quality dispositions and material review board
  • Complete provided training and certification courses on dangerous goods shipping and waste handling
  • Accurately follow SOPs to efficiently pack, label, document, and manage shipments
  • Follow packaging procedures including making and applying labels, RFIDs and completing shipment validation processes
  • Monitor and maintain inventories of shipping and waste processing supplies
  • Monitor and maintain inventories of production consumables and supplies
  • Process incoming shipments through acceptance, storage, and inventory documentation. Verify shipments are received in good condition
  • Transport freight and consumables and chemicals between delivery, storage and use areas
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area that meets safety standards
  • Other duties as assigned
