About The Position

MasTec Civil, a MasTec Company, is hiring a Pile Driver to support heavy highway and transportation construction projects. The role operates pile-driving machinery to install pilings accurately for fences, buildings, and other structures, using building plans as a guide. The Pile Driver inspects equipment before each shift, performs basic cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance, and completes other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience.
• Excellent mechanical skills.
• Ability to operate complex machinery.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate pile-driving machinery to drive posts into the ground for support of fences, buildings, and other structures.
• Review building plans and ensure pilings are installed accurately.
• Inspect machinery before beginning a shift to identify mechanical problems.
• Clean, lubricate, and perform basic maintenance on machinery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
