Requirements

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior to hire: Pilates Reformer Certification
• Within 1st 30 days: CPR Pro/AED/First Aid

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of college in wellness preferred
• 200+ hours of yoga or Pilates training (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic, engaging, and safe Pilates Reformer group classes.
• Build relationships with members, providing support and encouragement to help them reach their potential.
• Foster a welcoming environment and stay updated on fitness trends to deliver top-quality instruction.
