Pilates Instructor and Instructor Lead for Bodybar Exton
About The Position
This dual role puts you on the reformer and at the helm of our instructor team — teach top-tier classes, then lead the crew that delivers them. As one of the first leaders at BODYBAR Eagleview, you'll set the standard the next 20 instructors are measured against — ground-floor leadership as BODYBAR expands across the region. BODYBAR Pilates is building a community of people who love, respect, encourage, and motivate one another to be strong, healthy, and happy human beings. We’ve innovated on proven Pilates principles to create fiercely effective workouts. Our goal is to inspire and transform our members, which is made possible by the incredible employees at each of our locations.
Requirements
- 1+ year fitness/service industry management experience
- 1+ year teaching or coaching in fitness
- Current or in-progress Pilates/reformer certification (BODYBAR training available)
- CPR & AED certification; instructor liability insurance
- Comfortable with Mindbody/Club Ready and Google Workspace
Responsibilities
- Teach form-focused BODYBAR classes that challenge and support every fitness level
- Set the standard on the reformer, then lead a team that meets it
- Own the class schedule and secure subs to protect the member experience
- Track KPIs (attendance, retention, fill rate) and oversee equipment readiness
- Partner with studio leadership on sales and local outreach
