About The Position

Baystate Children’s Hospital is seeking skilled and compassionate nurses to work in their Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The PICU is the region’s only unit of its kind, providing advanced medical, surgical, and trauma care for infants, children, and young adults up to age 21. The unit has been newly redesigned with seven private rooms featuring glass doors for privacy while maintaining visual monitoring. Patients are cared for using state-of-the-art heart and breathing equipment specifically designed for children.

Requirements

Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
Diploma in Nursing (Required)
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
Registered Nurse - State of Massachusetts
