About The Position
This role involves teaching pickleball to individuals and groups, managing court reservations, and ensuring consistency with club policies. The compensation is based on lesson rates and participant numbers, with final earnings varying by experience and participation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of sports programming and the game of Pickleball
- Must be in excellent physical condition
- Professional Certification from the IPTPA or PPA
- CPR, AED, First Aid Certifications
- 5 years’ experience and/or the equivalent experience and training in a private, member-owned club/space
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality resort experience
Responsibilities
- Teach private lessons, clinics, and team practices
- Communicate all issues and programs with the Director of Fitness and Sports Courts to ensure all policies are consistent
- Assist residents and guests with court reservations and booking as needed
