About The Position

Midtown is seeking a Pickleball Professional who is passionate about helping members and will foster their love of racquet sports. Midtown strives to hire individuals committed to full-time employment, although we do hire part-time and seasonal coaches. Coaches who attain an average of 28 hours per week or more of on- and off-court duties qualify for full-time benefits. Midtown offers more training and development options than any other private commercial club company, including a professional development account to provide financial support for relevant education and training. Midtown coaches have opportunities to grow, develop and build a career.

Requirements

Relevant coaching experience, including group and private lessons for adults and youth.
Safe Play certification or willingness to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring.
One nationally recognized racquet sports certification or willingness to become certified within 3 months of hire.
An NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent and ability to demonstrate skills effectively.
A growth mindset and curiosity.
Passion about helping others, seeing the glass as half-full, and enthusiasm about coming to work every day.
