About The Position

Euro School of Tennis is hiring friendly, reliable coaches to teach beginner-level pickleball and tennis to children in Grades K–5 at various elementary schools across the Bay Area. Training, lesson plans, equipment, and coaching support are provided. This is an in-person, part-time opportunity. Classes are generally 1–1.5 hours long and may begin between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Two or more days per week are preferred; the posting lists approximately 2–5 hours weekly. Compensation is $50–$65 per hour, also described as $50–$65 per class in the benefits and location details. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

Must be 19 years or older.
Enjoy working with children.
Be reliable, positive, and willing to learn.
Have good communication and classroom management skills.
Have reliable transportation.
Be able to complete a background check and meet vaccination requirements.
Be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Pickleball or tennis experience is preferred but not required.
Availability for two or more days per week is preferred.

Responsibilities

Teach fun and engaging beginner pickleball or tennis lessons to children in Grades K–5.
Manage groups of 8–10 children.
Set up equipment and take attendance.
Keep classes safe, active, and enjoyable.
Communicate with parents and school staff.
