Picking
About The Position
The pick locations are broken into zones by the system when the schedule runs. Each associate is assigned a zone. The associate will do all of the work required for their assigned zone. The associate scans the carton barcode and the RF device directs the associate to the first location. The associate picks the designate number of garments and scans each UPC barcode to verify they are the correct garments. Verified units are placed in the carton. If the case has more picks for the pick area it is pushed down the line to the remaining zones. Completed cases are closed and placed on the take away conveyer to complete processing.

- Ability to scan carton barcodes.
- Ability to scan UPC barcodes.
- Ability to place verified units in cartons.
- Ability to push cases down a line.
- Ability to close completed cases.
Responsibilities
- Assign to a zone and perform all work required for that zone.
- Scan carton barcodes and follow RF device directions to pick locations.
- Pick the designated number of garments.
- Scan each UPC barcode to verify correct garments.
- Place verified units in the carton.
- Push cases with more picks for the area down the line to remaining zones.
- Close completed cases and place them on the take away conveyor for processing.
