About The Position

This position is responsible for monitoring line flow and making necessary adjustments to machinery based on bird weight. The role involves replacing rubber picker fingers, adjusting machines, and performing other assigned duties. The work environment is wet, hot, humid, with feathers, slippery floors, and noise, but has adequate lighting and ventilation. The job requires working alone and with others. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
