About The Position

Intervala is hiring a hands-on, detail-oriented associate to keep materials moving efficiently through its electronics manufacturing operations. The role focuses on receiving incoming goods and moving materials from receiving to storage, production, staging, and shipping. The associate will help maintain accurate inventory, prevent material damage, support quality inspections, and keep storage areas organized. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, with overtime when needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of material handling, warehouse, or related experience.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials.
Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials, inspect them for damage, and verify their accuracy against packing lists.
Organize and store materials in the correct locations.
Pull and deliver materials to production and staging areas on time.
Prepare, package, and ship finished products according to instructions.
Update system transactions to maintain accurate inventory.
Handle, label, and store materials properly to prevent damage.
Keep storage areas clean, organized, and optimized for efficiency.
Follow FIFO (first in, first out) inventory practices.
Support quality inspections and report discrepancies.
Assist with documentation and daily data entry.
