About The Position

Join our friendly and collaborative chocolate factory team, where attention to detail and care make all the difference. We’re looking for a dependable, organized Fulfillment Associate who takes pride in presentation and enjoys hands-on work in a positive, team-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll help ensure that every product leaving our factory is beautifully packaged and perfectly prepared for our customers.

Requirements

6+ months experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail environment
Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
Enjoys teamwork, learning new skills, and helping others
Comfortable working in a climate-controlled area (69°F)
Reliable, dependable, and able to stay on task throughout the shift
Effective English communication skills (written and verbal)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to handle a variety of food ingredients (including common allergens)
Able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

Receive and organize incoming stock and materials
Prepare daily shipping materials (boxes, liners, bubble wrap, etc.)
Print daily paperwork and create shipping labels
Pick and fill customer orders with accuracy and care
Assemble and wrap gift boxes and baskets with a focus on presentation
Package and label products following food safety and quality standards
Prepare orders for shipment and maintain organized work areas
Participate in team cleaning and sanitation routines
Support teammates and cross-train in other areas such as packing and retail fulfillment
Follow all GMP and safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace
