About The Position

The Picking Associate is responsible for accurately selecting raw materials, components, and/or finished goods to support production and order fulfillment. This role ensures materials are picked in accordance with work orders, inventory systems, and quality standards while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. The role will be on-site at our Mesa, AZ facility.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience RF Scanners Required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to read and follow instructions and work orders.
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50–60 lbs and move materials using appropriate equipment.
Basic understanding of inventory control and safety practices.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Pick materials, components, or finished goods based on work orders, pick lists, or system instructions.
Verify item numbers, lot numbers, quantities, and locations to ensure accuracy.
Stage picked materials for production, packaging, or shipping.
Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage or contamination.
Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines at all times.
Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.
Maintain accurate records in inventory or warehouse management systems.
Support cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Collaborate with warehouse, production, and packaging teams to meet daily goals.
Assist with receiving, stocking, or other warehouse tasks as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
