Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid Drivers License and safe driving record
• Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 pounds and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
• Ability to work in a wide temperature variation (36°F -Temperature outside)
• Ability and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to obtain Forklift certification

Nice To Haves

• forklift certified preferred
• Working knowledge of Anheuser-Busch product portfolio
• Previous consumer packaged goods / beverage industry experience, preferred
• Previous distribution/warehouse experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Build stable pallets with orders and position them to loading docks from voice pick headsets
• Utilize lean six-sigma tools to increase efficiencies and manage key performance indicators
• Ensure load product meets Anheuser-Busch standards. Quality is everything to us
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of facilities
• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards
• Wrap orders before loading on trucks
• Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
• Use an electric pallet jack, or fork truck, plus a voice pick system to build package and keg pallets for retailers
• Pick brands such as Budweiser, Bud Light, Busch, Stella Artois, Michelob Ultra and more
• Safely pick the correct product and ensure it is loaded on the right truck
• Maintain a clean warehouse space
• Rework damaged product
• Load trucks
• Spot trailers
• Verify pallets
• Maintain accurate inventory
