About The Position
The Picker Packer works at the distribution facility at 700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, Indiana. This is a full-time, second-shift role scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Overtime is required, including Saturday and Sunday. New hires participate in a 90-day evaluation period intended to support training and successful integration into the team. Benefits begin following the evaluation period.
Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and stoop.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
- Availability for required overtime, including Saturday and Sunday.
Nice To Haves
- Four months of previous distribution facility experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate within the GreyOrange or Jennifer systems to pick items.
- Verify book titles, quantities, and item conditions to maintain accuracy.
- Label, scan, and sort boxes for shipping.
- Follow all safety guidelines.
