About The Position
Temp Staff Management Group is seeking a Picker/Packer for our client in Piscataway, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position. Schedule : 1st Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM OR... 2nd Shift: 3:30PM - 12AM Sunday - Friday Pay Rate : $16 - $17 / hour Job Summary : We are seeking experienced Picker/Packers in Piscataway, NJ. Candidates must have experience with picking, packing, scanning, quality control, and be computer savvy. Job Responsibilities : Pick products accurately according to order requirements Pack orders securely and prepare items for shipment Use handheld scanners to scan inventory and track order accuracy Perform quality control checks to ensure correct items and condition Complete basic computer tasks related to order processing and inventory updates Maintain a steady workflow in a fast-paced warehouse environment Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Stand and remain active for extended periods during the shift Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Job Requirements : MUST be bilingual - English AND Mandarin Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
