About The Position
The Picker/Packer is responsible for supporting luxury fashion warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing high-end apparel and accessories for shipment. This role also includes value-added services such as folding, hanging, and sensor-tagging garments, as well as performing quality inspections to ensure merchandise meets premium brand standards. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements
- MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail (experience with "Garment on Hanger" or fashion retail is a plus!)
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack high-end apparel and accessories.
- VAS:Folding, hanging, and sensor-tagging garments for retail display.
- Quality Control: Inspecting items to ensure they meet luxury brand standards.
- Inbound/Outbound: Assist in the processing of new seasonal collections.
