About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products securely, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to pick tickets or handheld scanners
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipment
• Label and prepare orders for shipping
• Verify quantities and product codes
• Inspect products for defects or damage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with inventory counts as needed
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
