About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Operations team as a Marketplace E-commerce Pick, Pack, Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and efficient order processing for our online marketplaces, contributing to a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or pick and pack role is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move packages of various sizes, up to a specified weight limit.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Accurately pick products from designated locations within the warehouse based on order requirements. Utilize order picking technologies and equipment to optimize efficiency.
• Packing and Quality Control: Carefully and efficiently pack orders according to established guidelines and standards. Perform quality checks to ensure all items are in proper condition and meet customer expectations.
• Fulfillment Operations: Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets. Assist in organizing and maintaining an orderly and efficient warehouse space.
• Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory team to track and report inventory levels. Communicate any discrepancies or issues related to inventory to the appropriate personnel.
• Shipping and Documentation: Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and packaging materials for outgoing orders. Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment. Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status, inventory levels, and any potential issues.
